me
David Francisco Leon is a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant at the Renewable Energy team. His background in Development Economics gives him socio-economic analysis skills, critical thinking, and data-driven insights for sustainable development projects across developing countries. Within the GET.invest Finance Catalyst team, David works as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) advisor, supporting the team in accurate reporting of program results and impact measurement as well as improvement.
His previous work includes the design of impact evaluations for government, private sector and NGOs in developing countries. At the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), he contributed research linking the Colombian peace process to the country’s development progress. In addition, he has worked with international organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Oil Change International, analyzing complex financial systems and contributing to sustainable development initiatives.
