Strategy and policy
How can the government develop effective policies to accelerate the transition towards the circular economy? How can you, as a company, respond to market developments and government policy? We provide strategic advice for governments, industry associations and companies.
What choices are possible?
The transition to a circular economy requires radical changes to our current linear production and consumption. This can only be achieved through a combination of government policy, technological innovations, chain collaboration and new business models for companies and a change in the behavior of users. We are aware of the latest developments and trends and based on this.
What does our analysis look like?
We can study various possible policy options in coordination with the relevant stakeholders. We can organize strategic sessions and develop an innovation strategy for industry organizations and companies that fits in with expected market developments and anticipates future global and European regulations and local government policy.
Strategic sessions for companies
For the implementation of the project, we propose the following sessions:
- Kick-off meeting: discuss objectives and choice of product group
- LCA quick scan of a product (optional)
- Workshop Session 1 – Strategy sustainability and circular economy
- Workshop Session 2 – Elaborate strategy: Ecodesign in the design process
Result: Recording goals, strategy and actions in a roadmap.
